Criteria of selecting a “Van Salesman & Driver”:
1- Minimum education O/L or diploma.
2- Basic English is a MUST
3- Negotiation skills are a MUST.
4- Data analysis skills are a MUST (Basic Maths)
5- Candidate MUST be of age from 22 to 35.
6- Valid 4-wheel driving license is a MUST.
7- 06 wheel vehicle driving skills are a MUST (3 tons and above capacity).
8- Applicant should be presentable (physically fit).
9- Sales experience is an added advantage.

Salesman monthly benefits:
1- Basic Salary: SAR 1400. (Rs.48700)
2- Food Allowance: SAR 400 (or company provided). (Rs.13900)
3- Housing: Company provided.
4- Commission: According to performance (reaching sales target).
5- Vacation: 30 paid calendar days annually.
6- Airline return ticket (free): Annual (after completion of 11 months in the company).
7- Medical Insurance: Company provided.
8- Contract duration: 2 years renewable
