QA/QC inspector

· Execute assigned inspection tasks with the intention to provide evidence that inspected / tested components are compliant with relevant international, national regulations, Company ’s and customer’s specifications and are acceptable for further processing.

· Helps ensure the implementation of the company’s inspection Program by conducting shop audits.

• Ensure that the required quality level & inspection of products are performed in compliance with international, national regulations, the relevant ZHI and customers’ quality requirements as specified in specifications, standards, procedures and contract before submitting to clients ( TPI and/or final client inspector)
• Ensure the inspection equipment calibration and maintenance is planned, performed and recorded.
• Raise Technical deviation notes in case requirement are not satisfied .
• Maintain accurate record of test and inspection ( record into 24 hours max after inspection)
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Environment, health and safety, and Quality Management
• Perform any other duties appropriate with his qualifications, experience and skills, assigned by his manager

• Quality Records demonstrating the results of the test and verifications performed.
• Physical separation and / or marking of non-conforming products.
• Perform inspection work and issue reports on time ( not over 24h after inspection )
• NCR issued after found non-conforming products.

· Further objectives, targets and performance measurements are defined on a yearly basis.

· To act according to the regulatory requirements of those bodies to which the organizational unit wishes to be accredited, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025.

· To act according to defined Environmental, Health and Safety instructions, including general and company own rules.

· To undertake any other duty and responsibility as may be required by the Line Manager

· Degree in Engineering / Higher technical education or similar.

• Inspection knowledge and qualified certificates at the required competence level in scope of company’s product

• Auditing experience or training.
• Certifications equivalent to ASNT Level 2 in non-destructive testing.
• Knowledge of basic metallurgy, manufacturing processes and understand on basic metallographic examination.

· Min 5 years of specific education in inspection of key product , with at least 3 years in specific work scope experience.

· Have working knowledge of the ASME Code, AWS and ASNT.

• Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques and documentation

· Requires good communication skills, verbal and written communications.

· Experience dealing with third party inspection agencies, national inspection agencies and customer representatives

· Requires a functional understanding of the Company’s organization and processes.
