Our client is an international real estate company currently building a start-class development in the hub of Colombo and currently looking for Tenant Coordinator.
Reports to: General Manager – Mall
Brief Description of the role: Ensures tenant’s store designs adhere to the set out vision and norms in the tenant criteria towards greatly enhancing the shopping experience of the customers.
Helps upkeep fit-out quality and expedite trading of the store towards ensuring we maximize consumption at the centre.
Competencies: Architect by education, 3-4 years experience with a substantial part of this time on retail store designs and fit-out. Preferably, larger exposure to retail formats in developed economies to have an understanding of the latest trends in the trade. This role requires great amounts of coordination. Therefore, the ability to convince people, get buy-ins for ideas and persuade them towards performing to the common objectives would be critical.
Ideal Talent pools: Sri Lankan Designers / architects with work experience in the middle
east in similar roles.
